Technical specifications
The machine runs on 240 V AC current (no external metal part is in direct contact with an electrically charged element).
Insert the plug into the outlet.
Step 1: Push down the lever.

Step 2: Place the tube over the metal tube holder using a rotating motion, slide to the end and release lever.

Image 3 (Slide it to the end.)
Step 3: Set the button to the desired cigarette density.

Step 4: Add pure tobacco to the chamber. Don’t overstuff, as it will be difficult to easily pack the tobacco. You will get the best result using expanded tobacco.

Step 5: Press the button until the tube is completely filled.

Warning! If the spring locks, stop immediately! See troubleshooting, Point 1.
Tip1: If the tobacco does not move, release the button in order to stop the spring. Remove some tobacco from the machine and put it back lightly. Always make sure not to touch the rotating spring.
Tip 2: The first cigarette will take a little longer since the metal tube holder still has to be filled.
Tip 3: Before storage and after use keep the button pressed down until no further tobacco is released. Otherwise it will dry out and your next cigarette will be of lesser quality.
Tip 4: After making your cigarette it is recommended to manually remove the remaining tobacco at the end of the metal tube holder. This makes inserting the next tube easier.
Tip 5: For good results it is recommended to always use fresh tobacco. That is also why we recommend to immediately and completely process a fresh pack of tobacco. Store the cigarettes in an airtight case to preserve quality.
Disclaimers
- This machine may only be used by persons over 18 years old!
- During any possible malfunctions only open the Fast Filler after having unplugged the machine. NEVER open the machine as long as it is still plugged in.
Points of special interest:
- Do not expose the machine to water. Never immerse the machine in water in order to clean it!
- Use only pure tobacco. Remove twigs or other debris before placing the tobacco in the machine. Non-compliance with this rule can cause irreparable damage to the machine.
- Always make sure the exit of the metal tube holder and the spring in the compartment are clear. The space under the spring should also be clear. If the spring makes a very sharp noise, the probable cause is debris in the rod.
- Do not try to stop the spring or cigarette tube during operation with your hand or with an object. This could prove to be dangerous and could also damage the spring beyond repair!
- During intensive use, after making approximately 20 cigarettes the machine and more particularly the metal tube holder must be left to cool off. This will not only benefit the quality of the cigarettes, but will also extend the machine’s lifespan!
- Use only standard tubes (8 mm) suitable to fit over the metal tube holder.
- Avoid touching the metal tube holder as it can heat up during intensive use.
- Since proper use is at the basis of the correct operation of the machine, the warranty is only valid if the motor compartment is kept dust free!
Troubleshooting
- The spring is stuck. Stop immediately.
Unscrew the screws next to the metal tube holder.
Remove the metal tube holder, the spring can stay in place. Remove any dirt from the tube holder Put tube holder back in place. Make sure the longest part of the rod faces down, otherwise the adjustment will no longer work correctly

The machine stopped working. Tobacco can get into the motor compartment. This can block the switch, which prevents the machine from working.
To fix this:Make sure you unplug the machine
Unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom

Remove the cover

Remove tobacco residue using a vacuum cleaner

Click the cover back in place

Tighten the 4 screws

- Metal tube holder gets very hot. This is normal, especially with higher tobacco density. In itself this is harmless, but it is recommended to let the machine cool off after making 20 cigarettes.
- Tobacco is too loose or too dense. Everyone has their own preference as to the density of tobacco, position 3 is the most prevalent. On position 5 tobacco has the greatest density, position 1 the lowest. You can experiment with the various positions and discover which one is best for you.
- You wish to make use of the warranty or after-sales service. Fast Filler guarantees the quality of this machine. If, however, during normal use, within 24 months of purchase a defect occurs, your Fast Filler dealer will replace it free of charge. Take the duly completed warranty certificate with your proof of purchase and the defective machine to the dealer where you have purchased the machine.

How do you smoke a Fast-Filler cigarette?
The same way you would any self-made cigarette. Remove the excess ash from the cigarette with a rotating motion instead of tapping the cigarette. This will keep the cigarette burning!
Fast-Filler again wishes to draw your attention to the fact that smoking is hazardous to your health!
